Topgear Driver Training are looking to expand our team and are recruiting both part time and full time Driving Instructors in the North West particularly in Barrow in Furness, Kendal, and Cumbria and throughout the UK.

Becoming a Driving Instructor in the UK has many benefits, these include

We provide all the pupils making sure your diary is full at all times with LOCAL pupils in your area.

We do not give you out of area pupils like some driving schools do, we do not ask you to self generate business we provide ALL your pupils.

Excellent Pay - £50,000 - £65,000 per year depending on the hours you want to work

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria -

Reliable, Punctual, Patient, Possess excellent customer service skills, Enjoy meeting new people and taking pride in Instructing them to attain independence.

We provide the most cost effective Driving Instructor training in the UK.

Once you have completed your training, you are guaranteed a job with us.

Should you already hold you ADI license, no training is required. if you are a PDI disappointed with your existing providers we will train you the correct way find out how you can Become a Driving Instructor

Anyone with the right temperament can become a Driving Instructor, recently we have recruited candidates from driving roles such as Police Officers, Teachers, Council Workers, Store Managers, Bankers, Funeral Advisors and Human Recourses Manager. We also have successfully trained many candidates who where incredibly unhappy with the large companies and their false promises of training them.

To apply for our role, you need to meet the following criteria:

Have held a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2 1/2 years

Have not been banned from driving in the last 4 years

Have no more than 6 points on your licence.

you can then apply to the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and register as a potential driving instructor (PDI)

It all sounds so simple however if it was everyone would be a Driving Instructor, it takes a certain type of person to teach Pupils to drive and at Topgear Driver Training Ltd.
